Since August 15, 2023, Da Nang International Terminal has implemented an Autogate system to speed up the processing time and provide the most convenient and smooth experience for passengers.

Usage instructions:

• Proceed to the first gate and scan your passport and boarding pass.
• Move to the second gate, take a portrait photo, and scan your fingerprint.

(Be aware that when using Autogate, your passport will not be stamped.)

Some important notes about the Autogate system:

• For non chip-based passports: register in advance, either at the counter or online through the Ministry of Public Security’s e-Government Portal before using the system.
• For chip-based passports: no advance registration is required.
• Autogate at entry points: exclusive for Vietnamese citizens (not applicable to foreigners or overseas Vietnamese).
• Autogate at exit points: Reserved for official passport holders and crew members

• 2 systems at the emigration area.
